Delivery Information

We are operating safely and despatching orders as normal.

Goods that are in stock are despatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Standard cut off time for overnight delivery services is 2pm.

All products are shipped in discreet packaging with absolutely no indication as to the contents. 

All goods that are despatched are sent by a recorded and insured service. This means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbours. 

If an item is out of stock, we would usually expect to receive new stock and be able to despatch to you within 12 days (often much sooner).

UK Delivery Services

(1) For the following postcodes, Next Day and other delivery services may take longer to reach you: DD9-11, DG5-9, KY10, KY14-16, ML1-12, Isle of Wight PO30-41, TD5, TD15.

(2) Deliveries to remote locations such as Northern Ireland (BT), the Scottish Highlands & Islands (AB31-56, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-50, ZE1-3), Isle of Man (IM), the Channel Islands (GY, JE) and the Isles of Scilly (TR21-25) will be sent via Royal Mail (parcels up to 2kg) or DPD Courier (from 2kg up to 30kg). 

Goods are despatched via the method you select during checkout.

We will ask you to provide your email address and phone number during checkout so that our delivery partners can contact you to notify you of a delivery date and time.

Royal Mail

If you are not in when the parcel arrives, Royal Mail will keep the package at their local depot for up to 7 days, enabling you to pick it up or arrange redelivery. After 7 days, if you have not collected the parcel it is then returned to us. 

DPD Courier

You will be notified of a delivery date and time and will be given the option to change it.  If you are not in when the parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 5 days enabling you to pick it up or arrange redelivery. After 5 days, if you have not collected the parcel it is then returned to us. 

Failed or non delivered parcels that are returned to us will incur additional charges.  Redelivery charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.

Due to the fast turnaround of orders in our warehouse, we will always do our utmost to accommodate amendments to an order upon request but we cannot guarantee it will be possible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been despatched from our warehouse.
